On Labour Day weekend the Club presented the BSI Yarrow Cup Men’s Pair for the 95th time. All the top male players on the Lower Island participated and the level of bowling was exceptionally high. Three squads from CP participate, with Gord F and Alan L winning the “C” division. Defending Champions Kevin B and Harry W made it into the playoff rounds of “A” division but came up short. Trevor T and Graham B also played well but did not advance in the “C” division. The eventual winners of the Cup were Dave Gardner and Peter Smith from the Gordon Head Club.
